Investor Relations
Patented valve technology addressing a $2B+ severe service market with 10+ years of field validation.
Market Opportunity
The global severe service control valve market exceeds $2 billion annually and is projected to grow at 5–7% CAGR through 2030. Key drivers include:
- Aging infrastructure requiring valve replacement in oil & gas and petrochemicals
- Increasing regulatory pressure on noise, emissions, and safety
- Growth in data center construction requiring precision cooling control
- Rising demand for cavitation-resistant solutions in high-pressure applications
VSI addresses the highest-value segment of this market: applications where conventional valves fail within 6–18 months, creating recurring replacement costs that dwarf the initial purchase price.
Competitive Advantage
VSI holds a defensible competitive position built on three pillars:
Intellectual Property
US Patents 9,103,421 and 9,404,561 protect the core Atlas SSCV technology. Additional patent filings are in progress for next-generation innovations.
10+ Years Field Validation
Unlike lab-only prototypes, the Atlas SSCV has operated in live severe service conditions for over a decade with zero cavitation damage.
Engineering Barrier to Entry
The combination of axisymmetric flow design and internal actuation represents fundamental innovation that cannot be easily replicated by competitors.
Product Portfolio
Three valve sizes covering the core severe service market segment.
| Atlas 15 | Cv 70 — Ideal for wellhead choke, small-bore severe service, and precision control applications. |
|---|---|
| Atlas 21 | Cv 150 — Mid-range capacity for separator control, hydrocracker letdown, and cooling loop balancing. |
| Atlas 32 | Cv 300 — High-capacity model for large-bore applications, blowdown service, and high-flow industrial processes. |
| Pressure Rating | Up to 6,000 PSI (ANSI Class 2500) |
| Control Range | up to 700:1 across all models |
| Noise | <60 dB under choked flow conditions |
