VSI LLC is an Oklahoma-based manufacturer and seller of high-performance Atlas control valves, with corporate offices at 1611 S Utica #338, Tulsa, OK 74104. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information we collect through our website at www.vsillc.com. 

This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. It applies solely to information gathered through the Site, including its contact form and quote request functionality. It does not apply to information collected through offline channels, employment applications, or third-party websites linked from our Site. 

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Notice. 

This Site is designed for business professionals and industrial end-users. We do not knowingly collect information from consumers in a general public context, and the Site is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We collect the following categories of information when you interact with our Site: 

a) Information You Provide Directly

When you complete our contact form or request a product quote, you may submit:

The LinkedIn Insight Tag is provided by LinkedIn Corporation and allows us to track conversions and gather analytics about visitors who may interact with our LinkedIn presence. LinkedIn may use this data for its own advertising purposes. This data is subject to LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.

c) Managing Cookies

You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our Site. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you before a cookie is placed. Consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions. 

  

5. How We Share Your Information

VSI LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances: 

* Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site (e.g., web hosting, IT support). These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purpose of providing services to us. 

* Analytics Providers: As described in Section 4, data is shared with Google and LinkedIn solely for analytics and Site improvement purposes. 

* Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of VSI LLC, our clients, or the public. 

* Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change through a posted notice on the Site. 

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through contact forms and quote requests for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, to respond to your inquiry, and to comply with our legal obligations under applicable Oklahoma and federal law. Typically, inquiry records are retained for a period not exceeding three (3) years unless a longer retention period is required by law or by ongoing business relations. 

Automatically collected analytics data (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag) is retained in accordance with the default retention settings of those platforms, which you may review in their respective privacy policies. 

7. Data Security

VSI LLC has implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. 

In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, VSI LLC will notify affected individuals as required by the Oklahoma Security Breach Notification Act (24 O.S. § 161 et seq.), which requires prompt notification when a breach poses a material risk of harm to affected persons. 

8. Your Rights and Choices

Although Oklahoma does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute equivalent to the California Consumer Privacy Act, VSI LLC is committed to transparency and honoring the following rights:  * Access: You may request information about the personal data we hold about you.  * Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate information.  * Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal retention obligations.  * Opt-Out of Analytics: You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.  * Cookie Preferences: You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings as described in Section 4.  To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. 

9. Information for International Visitors

VSI LLC operates from the United States, and our Site is hosted and managed from the State of Oklahoma. If you access our Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. 

For visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your personal data may be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your business inquiry and improving our Site performance. You may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not actively market to consumers in jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy legislation and have limited the scope of data collection accordingly. By using our Site and submitting information, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States under the terms of this Privacy Notice. 

  

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Our products and services are designed exclusively for industrial and commercial professionals. If we become aware that personal information from a person under age 13 has been submitted to our Site, we will delete such information promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.
